Available Workshops & Training

Working With Regulation: A Nervous System Approach to Wellbeing in the Workplace ©

Working With Regulation © is an innovative training package that goes beyond mental health awareness. This training package aims to educate corporate organisations and their employees about mental health and wellbeing through understanding the structure of the nervous system. The training provides skills that the employee can take away and implement in their daily working/personal life. Our emotional state influences the emotional state of the people around us. Therefore, if employees can learn ways to regulate their own nervous system, they are not only making things safer for themselves, but they are making things safer for the business/organisation as a whole.

An Introduction to Trauma Triggers from a Neurobiological Perspective ©

An Introduction to Trauma Triggers is a practical and insightful workshop that explores trauma through a neurobiological lens. You’ll gain a clear understanding of how the nervous system and brain respond to traumatic experiences, why triggers can make the past feel alive in the present, and how these responses show up in daily life. Through reflection and A grounding practice, you’ll learn practical tools to identify and regulate triggers, fostering greater safety, resilience, and connection in both personal and professional settings.

The Science of the Soul: Healing through Mind, Body and Spirit ©

The Science of the Soul is a transformative workshop that bridges psychology and spirituality to explore trauma, healing, and human potential. Participants will reflect on the nature of the soul, expanded states of consciousness, and the collective field that connects us all, while learning practical tools that foster resilience and growth. This session offers insight into how suffering can serve as a catalyst for both personal and collective evolution.
